Create subfolders for cookbooks

I would like the ability to create subfolders for cookbooks, similar to how file folders work in Windows.
This way, I can organize my cookbooks better than with tags.

Hi Markus, thanks for your idea. I'm not sure if this makes cookbooks too complex. What's the downside of having multiple cookbooks that are not nested? Like:
Breakfast
Breakfast: Vegan
